AXM-WEB Ethernet Module: Support and Learning Materials

  1. Accessing the AXM-WEB at Admin level

    This document will provide a brief overview of accessing the AXM-WEB at Admin level. In this level users will be able to read and view meter information as well as configure and control settings on the meter.

  2. Accessing the AXM-WEB at User level

    This document will provide a brief overview of accessing the AXM-WEB at User level. In this level users will be able to read and view meter information.

  3. Configuring HTTP/FTP Post Settings

    Configure the meter’s HTTP/FTP Post function to have the meter push data out at certain intervals of time.

  4. Configure AXM-WEB to send emails

    You can setup the SMTP function on the AXM-WEB, so that the meter can send emails based on a time interval or whenever an alarm/SOE event occurs.

  5. Configuring SNTP Settings

    The SNTP function can be configured to allow the meter to synchronize it’s time with a internet time server at intervals of time.

  6. AXM-WEB-Using Gmail as the SMTP server

    Use Gmail as the SMTP server so emails can be sent from the meter. All other details needed to configure the meter to use the Gmail SMTP will be outlined in this procedure.

  7. How to: Troubleshoot AXM-WEB AcuCloud Connection

    There are a couple areas to check if your meter is not able to post to AcuCloud successfully. Some of the main reasons why include: The time set incorrectly on your device, Incorrect network settings, and Having intermittent network connection.
