AcuRev 2000 Overview

Select Number of Channels

As a multi-channel submeter, the AcuRev 2000 Series can be configured to monitor either 9 or 18 circuits simultaneously using external current sensors. Review your project requirements to determine how many channels will require monitoring then choose a current configuration to match: 1EM (9 channels) or 2EM (18 channels).

Choose a Current Input

The AcuRev 2000 Series can monitor loads ranging from low-amperage circuits to incoming building mains or other high-amperage services and is pre-configured with one of two available current transformer input options. Determine whether split-cores or flexible Rogwoski coils are right for your project then choose a current input option: 333mV or RCT (Rogowski).

Select a Communication Option

The AcuRev 2000 Series features built-in Modbus-RTU via RS485 standard. For increased flexibility across multiple application environments, choose the WEB option that includes an Ethernet connection with a built-in web interface plus Modbus-TCP/IP and BACnet-IP. The WEB option also includes a convenient, secure WiFi connection for easy integration in systems where a physical connection is not possible and increases the memory size to 4GB.

Choose a Display Option

See important energy information at-a-glance on the meter's easy-to-read display. To adapt to any installation, the LCD panel can be ordered in two configurations: embedded in the AcuRev 2000 series instrument or as an external remote display that can be mounted in a panel and connected to the submeter though an RJ45 connection.

AcuRev 2000 Features

multi-channel metering icon.
High-Accuracy, Multi-Channel Metering

Measure dozens of key parameters in multi-tenant & high-density metering applications with ANSI C12.20 class 0.5 and IEC 62053-22 class 0.5s accuracy. Meter 18 single-phase circuits or 6 three-phase circuits simultaneously to capture line voltage, phase voltage, and current for each circuit in real-time (RMS). Track power, power factor, demand, & peak demand for each circuit.

Advnaced network communications icon.
Advanced Network Communications

A wide range of protocols support easy integration into industrial systems. Besides Modbus-RTU, configure with Modbus-TCP/ IP, HTTP/HTTPs Post, FTP Post, SMTP, SNTP, sFTP Server, & SNMP. A built-in webserver provides convenient access to metered data. Serial RS485, Ethernet, and WiFi communication channels are simultaneously supported for reliable data exchange.

Power quality monitoring icon.
Power Quality Monitoring

Key to protecting critical systems against catestrophic failure, harmonic analysis and advanced power quality event logging are integrated into the AcuRev 2000 Series. Monitor voltage and current THD as well as individual current and voltage harmonics up to the 31st order. Voltage crest factor, current K factor, and voltage/ current unbalance are also tracked.

I/O and alarms icon.
Input/Output (I/O) & Alarms

Two digital outputs can send pulses to an EMS for data collection while eight digital inputs are designed to count pulses from water submeters, gas meters, or other pulse output devices. In addition, up to 10 different over/under limit alarms can be customized to trigger & used to manage energy consumption during demand peaks or to provide a warning for power quality abnormalities.

Data logging 364 days icon.
Data Logging

Real-time energy submetering, power quality, and I/O data can be stored in the meter's on-board, non-volatile memory. As real- time data is collected, facility managers can monitor trends, perform in-depth analysis, or create detailed reports. The standard 8MB memory size can be expanded to 4GB with the WEB option.

Multi-tariff TOU icon.
Multi-Tariff Time-of-Use (TOU)

Segment your peak kilowatt hour (kWh) usage for multi-tenant industrial, commercial, and other facilities by setting a time-based or tier-based rate structure. The time-of-use (TOU) structure can be customized to follow regional billing requirements and can support up to four tariffs, 14 schedules, 14 segments, weekends, and holidays.
