Testing leads are interfaced with two banana insertions for a secure fit. The voltage clip is insulated in a EPR case for a CAT IV safety rating and a strong installation alligator clamp.

Can additional communication modules be attached to the Acuvim IIBN?

The Acuvim IIBN cannot accept additional communication or I/O modules. If I/O capability is required, select the Acuvim II meter.

Is the Acuvim IIBN a bi-directional meter?

Yes, all Accuenergy meters are bi-direction. They support bi-directional current measurements meaning they can measure both consumed and generated energy.

What communication protocols does the Acuvim IIBN support?

The Acuvim IIBN is specifically engineered to support BACnet-IP (over Ethernet) and BACnet-MS/TP (over serial RS485) communications. The meter is BTL Listed for Smart Sensor (B-SS) and BACnet Smart Actuator (B-SA), ensuring interoperability within BACnet environments.

Can the Acuvim IIBN's BACnet parameters and measurements be viewed remotely?

The Acuvim IIBN has a web interface that allows for configuration of BACnet-related parameters and viewing of metered values through a web browser.
