A duct mount differential pressure sensor is an electrical device designed to measure the differential pressure in duct networks. Usually comes with a static pressure probe that can be easily integrated into ducts, these sensors are used in HVAC systems to monitor duct static pressure, airflow, fan & blower status, and more, providing valuable insights to ensure optimal system operation and energy efficiency.
AcuPRE DM comes with a static pressure probe for simplified duct installation, allowing unidirectional and bidirectional measurements of duct pressure at ±1.0% full-range accuracy. The sensor offers field-selectable ranges and measurement units, supporting a wide range of applications. Its IP65-rated enclosure provides exceptional protection against harsh environmental conditions, ensuring durability and long-term reliability.

Pressure Tips are used to measure air pressure in HVAC systems and are designed to be compatible with AcuPRETM DP Sensors. They are available in straight or L-type, 0° or 60° angle openings, stainless steel, or ABS. Supported in both static and total pressure, ensuring reliable pressure measurements in demanding environments.
Clear PVC Tubing is used to transmit air pressure to sensors and is designed to be compatible with all AcuPRETM Differential Pressure Sensors. It is available in both 6.5' (2m) and 330' (100m) lengths, making it suitable for a variety of installation conditions.
Pickup ports are inlets connected to differential pressure sensors, allowing them to sample air pressure while preventing large particles from entering and potentially damaging the sensor. They are available in both room pressure and stainless-steel wall plate pickup port configurations.
The AcuPRE DM comes with user-selectable pressure range options. For instance, when choosing the 0 to 0.1", 0.25", 0.5" model, users can choose from three different pressure ranges: 0 to 0.1", 0 to 0.25", and 0 to 0.5". The desired pressure range can be selected by connecting the appropriate jumper connector, according to the table below:
