A wall mount DP sensor is a device that is most suited for localized spaces or environments that measure the difference in pressure between two points in a system, providing a reading of the pressure difference between the positive and negative space. Pressure Tips are used to measure air pressure in HVAC systems and are designed to be compatible with AcuPRETM DP Sensors. They are available in straight or L-type, 0° or 60° angle openings, stainless steel, or ABS. Supported in both static and total pressure, ensuring reliable pressure measurements in demanding environments.
Clear PVC Tubing is used to transmit air pressure to sensors and is designed to be compatible with all AcuPRETM Differential Pressure Sensors. It is available in both 6.5' (2m) and 330' (100m) lengths, making it suitable for a variety of installation conditions.
Pickup ports are inlets connected to differential pressure sensors, allowing them to sample air pressure while preventing large particles from entering and potentially damaging the sensor. They are available in both room pressure and stainless-steel wall plate pickup port configurations.
The AcuPRE WM comes with user-selectable pressure range options. For instance, when choosing the 0 to 0.1", 0.25", 0.5" model, users can choose from three different pressure ranges: 0 to 0.1", 0 to 0.25", and 0 to 0.5". The desired pressure range can be selected by connecting the appropriate jumper connector, according to the table below:
