The AcuTEMS IM series is an immersion temperature sensor designed for accurate liquid temperature measurement in chilled-water lines, boiler piping, and other low-flow, low-pressure applications. It delivers up to ±0.2°C accuracy, supports multiple RTD, thermistor, and transmitter output options, and is available in various probe lengths. The IP65-rated enclosure protects against dust and moisture, while a two-piece welded 304 stainless steel thermowell with pre-applied thermal paste to ensure accurate measurements and safeguards the probe from corrosion and pressure.

Immersion temperature sensor designed to measure liquid temperature in hydronic systems such as chilled water lines, hot water loops, and boiler piping, using resistance-based sensing elements including 100Ω Platinum, 1KΩ Platinum or Nickel RTDs, and 10KΩ Type II/III or 20KΩ thermistors to provide accurate temperature measurement compatible with Building Automation System (BAS) controllers. Available in multiple probe lengths and installed into a welded 304SS thermowell pre-filled with heat transfer paste to optimize thermal conductivity while protecting against fluid exposure, corrosion, and pressure. Housed in an IP65-rated enclosure to prevent dust and moisture ingress, allowing reliable operation in mechanical rooms, utility spaces, and industrial environments.
