AcuTEMS IM Overview

How to choose an Immersion Temperature Sensor?

Immersion temperature sensor designed to measure liquid temperature in hydronic systems such as chilled water lines, hot water loops, and boiler piping, using resistance-based sensing elements including 100Ω Platinum, 1KΩ Platinum or Nickel RTDs, and 10KΩ Type II/III or 20KΩ thermistors to provide accurate temperature measurement compatible with Building Automation System (BAS) controllers. Available in multiple probe lengths and installed into a welded 304SS thermowell pre-filled with heat transfer paste to optimize thermal conductivity while protecting against fluid exposure, corrosion, and pressure. Housed in an IP65-rated enclosure to prevent dust and moisture ingress, allowing reliable operation in mechanical rooms, utility spaces, and industrial environments.

With a 304 stainless steel thermowell and an IP65 rated enclosure, the AcuTEMS IM is able to accurately measure fluid temperature, while providing robust protection against corrosion and water/dust ingress.

Hydronic Heating & Cooling System

AcuTEMS IM monitors the water temperature circulating through the HVAC system, making sure they are maintained at the desired temperature level, improving system efficiency.
