AcuDC-320 Feature Highlights

Tamper Protection and Secure Data Logging

Transaction based energy measurement supports up to 60,000 transaction logs and an integrated Eichlog with up to 6,000 logs stored in non-volatile memory. These logs can be accessed through the Modbus RTU in signed Open Charge Metering Format (OCMF) for tamper protection. For physical security, the AcuDC-320 has a terminal and interface sealing to provide tamper protection in regulated environment.

System Integration

Features built in Modbus RTU over RS485, 2-wire shielded twisted pair, for data query and configuration for integrated communication with transfer rate from 2400-115200 bps. A Remote HMI with a 128x64 pixel LCD display for quick and easy access of the readings.

Cable Loss Compensation

Includes built-in functionality to calculate and compensate for voltage drop across charging cables, ensuring billing accuracy for the actual energy delivered.

Electrical Performance

Supports single channel metering with individual voltage and current input for ease of measurement. The directly connected voltage measurement channel measures from 60V to 1500VDC at 0.1% accuracy and direct current from 9A to 1500A through an internal shunt at 0.2% accuracy which ensures reliable energy, power and charge calculations.

Revenue Grade Accuracy

Bidirectional energy measurement compliant with IEC 62053-41 and EN50470-4 Class 0.5, supporting legally compliant billing for regulated applications such as DC EV charging stations, renewable energy measurement such as solar panels, telecommunications infrastructure and DC power distribution systems.
