MULTI-PROTOCOL GATEWAY
Gateway supports multiple upstream and downstream protocols allowing device interoperability across networks, and integration to cloud services for full vertical integration.
Key Specifications:
- Downstream: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet MS/TP, and BACnet/IP
- Upstream: MQTT, SNMP, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet/IP.
- Cloud integrates with AcuCloud, AWS IoT, and other platforms.
- Cross-system device interoperability between different networks
ETHERNET RSTP AND RS485 DAISY CHAIN
Connect multiple devices to the AcuHMI Ethernet and RS485 ports to streamline network configuration for each unit. Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol automatically optimizes network pathways by blocking redundant links, loops and link failures.
Key Specifications:
- Dual Ethernet RSTP bridging to link two different networks
- Automatically reroute traffic on link failures, and quickly recalculates network pathways.
- Block network loops and prevent broadcast storms by blocking redundant links.
- Connect up to 32 devices for each RS485 port
- Cables can run up to 1,200 meters on a single link
- Simplify cabling solution
DATA LOGGER
Store aggregated real-time and historical energy parameters from each metering device for audit, analysis and performance measurements.
Key Specifications:
- 32GB memory of storage with file length up to 1 month.
- 3 configurable data logger with adjustable time interval
- 1 rapid data logger with up to 1-second interval polling frequency
- Logs are time-stamped to UTC data format and NTP time servers.
- Supports CSV or JSON file formats.
DATA POST AND FILE EXPORT
AcuHMI supports up to three post method channel configurations to automatically and securely post data log files to a file server for storage, reporting, and analysis
Key Specifications:
- Transfer data logs via HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and SFTP protocols.
- Directly download data logs CSV or JSON files to computer
- Export or post historical data logs by start and end dates, file length and time interval.
ALARM MONITORING
Manage device alarms for each meter connected to the AcuHMI. Alarms logs can be viewed based on device or consolidated into a single view for easy diagnostic.
Key Specifications:
- Set alarm to detect online or offline status of connected devices.
- Add, edit, or remove device alarms from a single interface.
- Select parameters to monitor and configure max/min thresholds and hysteresis.
- Alarm triggers can email notification, pulse inputs, and automatic event logging with details.
