Multi-Channel Submeter
AcuRev 4100 Series*
High-Density Branch Circuit Monitoring
AcuRev 4100 Series is a high-density multi-channel AC submeter, designed for revenue-grade metering of multiple loads. Capable of measuring from 24 current inputs, with 0.2 accuracy. The submeter is engineered for real-time energy consumption monitoring and high-precision power quality analysis in commercial, industrial, and residential facilities.
Key Features
Multi-Circuit Monitoring
Submeter includes up to 24 current inputs (24 single phase, 12 two phase, 8 three phase) for branch circuit monitoring. Its modular design allows up to another 96 expandable channels.
Multi-Protocol
Features built-in RS485 interfaces for Modbus RTU and BACnet MS/TP, along with Ethernet for Modbus TCP/IP communication. The communication expansion module also supports multiple additional industrial protocols, including BACnet IP, DNP 3.0, SNMP, dual Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
Input/Output Functions
8 digital outputs and two relay outputs for event/alarm indication or pulse output. Four digital inputs for status monitoring, SOE logging, or pulse input. Supports 20 alarm groups, monitoring up to 40 parameters with logic combinations, and stores up to 200 alarm logs.
Revenue Grade Accuracy
Delivering revenue-grade accuracy that meets ANSI C12.20 Class 0.2 and IEC 62053-22 Class 0.2 standards for active energy measurement.
Power Quality Monitoring
Detects power quality events and triggers waveform capture, configurable up to 128 samples per cycle, with a total of 2560 samples captured before and after the trigger.
Multi-Tariff Time of Use
Supports up to 4 tariffs (sharp, peak, valley, normal) with 14 schedules, 14 segments, weekend settings, and a 10-year holiday calendar for regional billing.
Wiring Configuration
- Corrects reversed current input connections.
- Remap wiring to correct wiring errors.
- Pair current input with any voltage input for flexible power calculation and energy accumulation.
- Supports 12 user-defined channels, each capable of mapping 1 to 3 inputs for power and energy calculations, offering flexible wiring options.
Data Logging
Includes 3 data loggers and 1 trend logger that can be independently configured for periodic measurement logging. Log data is stored in a non-volatile memory storage, and expandable to 8GB with the communication expansion module.
