AcuLink 810 Firmware Release

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue related to the file headers inside the data logging file, specifically when current harmonics are logged. The file headers displayed the current harmonic phase angle instead of the current harmonic magnitude, the issue has been resolved with this firmware update.

Feature Updates:

  • Support true latch mode for the relay output. This function works when the relay output is configured in alarm mode, if the alarm is triggered the relay will latch ON but will not clear until manually turned off by the user.
  • Support momentary relay in alarm mode, this allows user to trigger a relay for an alarm event where the relay is on for a certain period before turning off.
  • Support Modbus gateway functionality. This allows users to pair the meter with an AXM-WEB2 communications module and create a Modbus TCP gateway for other devices that are daisy chained to the meter.

This is specific to the web communication icon which signifies the meter and module are connected and communicating.   • Supports a more detailed overview of the WiFi connection details in the network diagnostic page. This provides users with more connection information relating to the signal strength and communication speed when using WiFi.
  • Updated web interface view of the harmonic reading to now show the current harmonics for the 4th CT input on the meter.
  • Updated web interface view to now 4th CT as an option for the current direction setting. If the 4th CT input is selected as Measured, the direction can be changed using the settings instead of physically flipping the direction of the CT.

Feature Update:

  • Supports a connection status page that displays the connection protocols, ports and relevant IP addresses. This page can be used to help diagnose network issues and understand the meters protocol connection in detail.
  • The data logger now supports a 10-minute logging interval.
  • Supports max/min/avg logging for power quality parameters in the data logger. Previous versions only supported real-time and demand data.
  • When using the 7 days as the log file length, the day of the week to generate the data log file can now be selected.
  • Enhanced IO module layout in the web interface.
  • Supports a ping enable/disable function, this will allow users to effectively enable or disable the ping function. Some networks may prohibit pinging on their network. This function will give users the option to disable it.
  • The alarm log now supports an option where it can be exported via csv file.
  • Improved ITIC curve display now supports colors on the curve to help identify power quality issues and make it simple to interpret. The ITIC curve also now includes a table to summarize the contents of the curve, this includes the number of swell/sags, total number of events and pass rate percentages.
  • Supports a download option for the CID file in IEC61850 configuration where if a custom CID file is used, the user can now download that specific file from the web interface.

Bug Fixes:

  • Resolves a front-end bug where the NTP time configuration page shows an “unsaved changes” message. This issue will only affect the web page of the web interface and does not actually affect the time configuration.

Feature Update:

  • Support the scaled values for the IO module, for example if there is a multiplier for a pulse counter or for an analog input, these values can now be logged. Previously only the raw values were loggable.
  • The inspection record now includes a phasor diagram to better understand the voltage and current phase angles. This will be beneficial towards identifying wiring issues during installation.
  • Supports a power quality event log that shows a summary of all power quality events that the meter has identified. Previously only the waveform log was supported on the web interface to identify power quality events.
  • Supports an option to have the waveform files (COMTRADE) sent as a zip file.
  • Upgrade to the DI counter settings on the web interface, new layout provides a more user-friendly approach for configuration.
