Revenue Grade Split-Core Current Transformer

The AcuCT A is a high-accuracy, split-core current transformer series and consists of seven models. Compliant with IEC 61869-2 Class 0.2, each model features a compact form factor making it ideal for metering billing verification applications. Depending on the model, mounting kits are available as included or are optional accessories for secure and stable installation.

  • Revenue grade accuracy: IEC 61869-2 Class 0.2 from 5% - 120% of rated current on select models

About AcuCT A Series

Select AcuCT A models are compliant to IEC 61869-2 Class 0.2 standard which defines revenue-grade current transformer accuracy covering a wide operating range, including low-load conditions. By maintaining precise performance down to low current levels, and a wide frequency range it ensures dependable energy data for metering, billing verification, and power monitoring. The extended frequency models can be used for motor current signature analysis at aerospace, marine and shipboard systems.

Depending on model, AcuCT A offers an optional or inclusive corrosion-resistant mounting kit. The mounting kit consists of four mounting brackets, two mounting screws, and two mounting nuts.

The mounting brackets models for the AcuCT A are ACUBRAC-SP5, ACUBRAC-SP7, and ACUBRAC-SP8, with a corrosion-resistant finish to provide corrosion protection and secure CT installation. The ACUBRAC-SP6 is available as a bolt mounting kit for secure connection or a DIN rail mounting kit for convenient installation on standard 35 mm DIN rails.
